Protruding from Auckland's skyline, Sky Tower is the Southern Hemisphere's tallest structure. Visitors can travel 328 metres (1076 feet) to the top for expansive 360-degree views. Sky Tower is also considered a city within a city offering an abundance of activities on one site, including a hotel, several restaurants, bars, casinos, and Skyjump--a bungy-like drop. Open daily from 8:30am to late.

A visit to New Zealand would not be complete without exploring its sheep industry. Sheep World offers a hands-on experience where visitors can shear and draft sheep and bottle-feed lambs. There is an animal farmyard for visiting and feeding, and a large shop offering a huge range of sheep products, from rugs to jewellery, slippers to sweaters. There is also a playground, a craft co-op and a cafe. Open daily from 9am to 5pm.
